16 year old girl having residual large adenoid causing snoring and otitis media is undergoing adenoidectomy by RF Coblation. Before Surgery, endoscopy by 4 mm telescope is done. The adenoid obliterates the posterior nares and also the eustachian tube opening.This is subsequently removed under direct vision.
