dr paulose
i had a septoplasty recently but after another consultation i was told my bony septum is still deviated. some cartilage was removed. my nasal bones are off center also due to trauma years ago. the left nasal bone is fractured inward while the right nasal bone is fractured outward. septum deviated to the right. can you reset the nasal bones back to normal and correct bony deviation in the same surgery? also is it possible to replace missing cartilage with a rib graft? thanks fitz
