There are various methods of tongue tie release. It can be traditional excision, using bipolar diathermy, and Laser Surgery. Laser Surgery is the easy way to get the tongue tie released.RF (Coblator) also can be used as a new way to release the tongue tie with minimal bleeding and less thermal damage, hence less pain.
