This Patient had Keloid in her left ear after ear piercing,she had several types of treatment cryotherapy,intralesional steroid injection,excision,and after each modality of treatment , it got bigger. Eventually whole ear lobe was cut off making an ugly ear
lobe deformity.This is reconstructed by Laser.
