Refund Policy
Q. What if I can’t attend the online consultation, due to some unavoidable circumstances or ‘personal’ reasons – will I get a refund?
A. Sorry. No. You will not qualify for a refund. However, you are free to postpone the online session. (See below for re-scheduling)
Q. Can I postpone the online consultation session?
A. Yes. You can re-schedule your session. But I ask that you respect my 24 hour notification. Failure to notify within this time frame, will lead to a forfeiture of your payment.
Q. Why don’t you offer a refund?
A. Let’s put it this way… it takes a lot of effort, time and resources to make things work. I cannot sustain a low cost consultation service without making payments to third parties who enable this.
